Location

The processing plant is located in El Rodeo in Tarrazú, 4 kms north of downtown San Marcos. The main office is located at the Bonilla Solis’s home, 500 mts north and 200 mts east of San Marcos de Tarrazu.

Tarrazú's coffee is recognized throughout the world for its geographical location is suitable for growing excellent coffee. These characteristics are an average height of 1 500 m.a.s.l. (meters above sea level), fertile soils, perfect climate, and the required amount of rainfall.

On the dry season that goes from December to April, the ripe coffee is gathered. And on the rainy season that goes from May to November, the coffee plants are prepared for the next crop.
